We hire full-time, employee-based DJs, photo booth specialists, and production techs — not weekend freelancers. If you'd rather build a career than chase gigs, we'd like to talk.
"The industry standard is to take a booking and farm it out the week-of. We don't do that."
Crow runs a small bench by design — every team member is full-time, vetted, and trained against the same standard. We'd rather pass on a booking than under-staff an event.
Wedding-floor experience required. Comfortable running ceremony sound, MC duties, and a full reception. ADJA or equivalent professional background a plus.
Can run an event end-to-end — booth setup, prop curation, attendant duties, on-the-fly printer troubleshooting. Detail-obsessed.
Lighting, audio, AV background. Comfortable plotting fixtures against a floor plan, running cable, and dialing a rig before doors open.
We staff each region with people who live in it. If you're based near one of our coverage areas and your wedding-floor portfolio is strong, send us a note.
We respond to every serious applicant. The whole process happens directly between you and the people you'd actually be working with — no recruiter middle layer.
Email [email protected] with a short note about what you do, where you're based, and a portfolio or work history.
If we like what we see, you'll meet Brian and the regional lead. We'll talk weddings you've worked, gear you've run, and what you're looking for.
First few events are shadow-and-lead with a senior team member. You're on full bookings within a couple of months.
Tell us what you do, where you're based, and what you've worked. A real human reads every application.
